ADVICE

If you’ve been paying attention to the news lately then you’ve heard that the retirement age of the future is now 75. This is because so many people lack the financial intelligence to understand money in order to see what the rich see. As I’ve said before, the single most powerful asset we all have is our mind. If it is trained well, it can use it to create enormous wealth.

Most people have been taught to work long and hard for money. This is not how people get rich. This is why I’ve joined forces up with Garrett Gunderson to bring you his secrets to building wealth.

FACT- TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT

Two monumental things happened when Nixon was president. No I’m not talking about Watergate. The first, Nixon took the U.S. off the gold standard. I write of this often. The second thing I just learned, Nixon made October 6th National Coaches Day.

I write often about the value of a great coach. My rich dad was my first coach and I think it is very evident the size of the impact he has had on my life. I am in my 60’s now and I’ve had dozens of coaches in my life. Coaches are what make the difference between an amateur and a professional.

Most of you have seen rich dad’s CASHFLOW Quadrant. This shows where people make their money. It also shows a person’s mindset towards money… towards business… and even towards relationships.

How do I tell if people are an E, S, B, or I without knowing much about them? Rich dad taught me to watch how people interacted with others. From just watching I learned to tell a major difference in quadrants. Let me explain.

The “E” Quadrant is often a follower. They are looking for someone to follow, a boss. While they may dislike their boss and criticize his/her guidance, they will continue to follow. They are not confident or bold enough to lead themselves.

Another thing I noticed within the “E” Quadrant is how they interacted with other members of the “E” Quadrant. Rarely did they cooperate well. They seemed to be in contention with one another to get favorable attention from their boss. Often they would sabotage each other.

“E” Quadrant people rarely, if ever, had a coach. They either could not afford one or could not justify paying for one, primarily because they could not lead. They were happy in their mediocre ‘safe’ life. They did not want to escape. Thy did not truly want freedom.

The “S” Quadrant was very different. They had far less interaction with group activities. They needed to be the smartest person and they needed to do everything themselves.

“S” Quadrant members also never used coaches; they already knew everything.

I learned the “B” and the “I” Quadrants are very different. These people are always looking for new squad mates. These people are always looking for someone smarter or with experience. These people almost always have coaches for nearly everything.

My Rich Dad Coaching programs are not for everyone. Those who have settled for being an “E” or an “S” are not right for my coaching. Rich Dad Coaching is for people who want to learn, not for people who think they know all the answers.

Like Dr. John Berardi said, “Smart people think that they can single-handedly solve all their own problems. They’re slow to ask for help and even slower to get coaching. Get a coach.”

ADVICE

I’m often interviewed and asked what makes an investor a winner. The truth is there are a number of attributes. If I had to limit my answer to one thing, I would say that it is not talent. Talent does not separate the winners from the losers. Everyone has a talent. Coaching is what makes the difference.

All professional investors have coaches. All professional athletes have coaches. They all may be talented, but they know they are not Supermen or Wonder Women. They know they need coaches.

I know I am not Superman. If I were, I could do everything I wanted. Life would be easy.

And while I may not be Superman, I know I have untapped power and potential. I know I need to be pushed if I want to tap into that power and maximize my potential.

When I know I need to be pushed, held accountable, challenged to go beyond my resistance, my laziness, my limitations, I get a coach—if what I want is important to me.

Meet my Rich Dad Coaching Team – Enjoy a Free Strategy Session today! Also, only during the month of October, you are eligible for our first ever buy one get one free coaching initiative!

Bill McCartney once said, “All coaching is, is taking a person where they can’t take themselves.” I coach drives you harder than you think you can go. A great coach pulls your greatness out of you.

A great coach is not your friend. Coaches do not hold your hand. If that’s what you need, go to church. If what you need is knowledge and structure then you go get a coach. Coaches pulls out your untapped power.

When I mentor my Rich Dad Coaches I did not mentor them to be sweet and kind. They may be those things, but the important thing is that they are honest. They must tell you where you are and what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Then they drive you to get the results that you need to be free.

Do not contact my Rich Dad coaches if you are not ready for action. If you still need motivation, get yourself a cheerleader. Coaches are for deal makers!

ADVICE

About 10 years ago a close friend died. He was a young man. He was a great guy and very successful in every area of his life, except his health. Rather than get a coach, change his eating habits, and stop drinking, he simply worked harder. He, like so many, let his health deteriorate while he focused on earning more and more money. Today he is dead, leaving behind a young wife and two kids.

I was on the same path. After age 35, I exercised less, ate more, drank more, and worked harder. It was not long before I had gained 60 pounds.

Rather than get a coach, I kept saying, “I’ll start a plan tomorrow. I’ll exercise tomorrow. I’ll fit in my old clothes in a month.” The problem was, tomorrow came and went. And my weight kept increasing.

One day, sitting at my desk, I saw a picture of Kim and me on vacation. I was embarrassed. Kim looked beautiful, smiling and loving, and I was twice her size, my gut filling most of the picture. That is when I knew I needed to stop kidding myself and get a coach.

Need to speed up your financial success?

I worked out with a number of fitness coaches. Finally, I found one of the toughest coaches in town and that made all the difference. Not only does he hold me accountable, but he pushes me as hard as he pushes his 20- and 30-year-olds. There is no mercy for age. This is important to me because I found myself making excuses for my age. For my coach, age is not an excuse. That’s the kind of coach I needed.

I did not get a coach just for health. My health is important, but not as important as my life with Kim. She makes my life worth living and I want to enjoy this gift of life with her in great health.

So the question is: What is important to you? It’s not just money or health. It’s the things that money and good health can mean to you and your family. Money affects all the things that are important in our lives. I remember feeling embarrassed and angry with myself when Kim and I were flat broke. I felt I had let her down, so I sought help from a coach to speed up my financial recovery.

Once you’ve decided what’s important, meet my Rich Dad Coaches and – receive a Free Strategy Session today! Also, only during the month of October, you are eligible for our first ever BUY ONE GET ONE FREE coaching offer!

When you decide what is most important to you, then it’s time to get a coach.

ADVICE

I’ve been talking a lot lately about entrepreneurship, partly because of the state of our economy, but also because entrepreneurs can do anything. Being your own boss provides more than just personal freedom, it provides a bright financial future.

There are a lot of reasons one should become an entrepreneur but remember that entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Here are my top five reasons why you shouldn’t be an entrepreneur:

You don’t have thick skin: It seems that as soon as you announce you are starting a business everyone is an expert in starting a business. Not everyone will love your idea or product and they won’t be afraid to tell you. I’m not saying you shouldn’t listen to criticism but you have to be able to take the punches and not take everything personally.

You don’t like being “connected.”: As an entrepreneur, there really isn’t such a thing as “disconnecting” from the world, not in the beginning anyway. You’ll be living and breathing your new business because you’re trying to get everyone to know about your business. You’ll be constantly thinking about how to improve things, reduce costs and sell more. There is no such thing as a 9-5 work schedule when you’re an entrepreneur.

You need to be praised for your efforts: If you’re an employee, you’re probably used to getting constant feedback about your performance, task completion and project completion. A lot of employees are even used to their boss telling them how great they are – even if they know they aren’t. This is not the case for an entrepreneur. You won’t hear any of that unless you tell yourself. Your praise comes in the form of making money. And it’s going to be a while before you really get the praise you’re looking for.

You need someone to give you motivation: Similar to needing praise, if you need external motivation, you shouldn’t be an entrepreneur either. When you wake up in the morning as an entrepreneur, there isn’t someone standing in your kitchen ready to give you that day’s tasks. It’s all on you.

You’re only comfortable wearing one hat: There are people I know that are only comfortable being an accountant, or writer, or event planner, These people are only comfortable doing one thing and should never be an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, especially a solopreneur, you are often putting on different hats, making a multitude of decisions and you need to be confident in doing so.

If you’re looking to start your own business, to jump out and follow your dreams, you must understand that your success depends on you. You’ll be faced with a lot of adversity and obstacles. How you face each challenge will determine whether you can push through.

WORD OF ADVISE

I know you want to make more money.

I know how frustrating it can be.

It takes work, but it doesn't have to be hard.

You just have to know what first step to take and then take it.

If you’re tired of wokring yourself to death and seeing no results, it’s time to change the formula through which you make money.

Many years ago, when I was in my twenties, I took a weekend class called “How to Buy Real Estate Foreclosures.”

At this class I learned a couple tricks.

First I learned a formula.

Next I learned the discipline to execute what I had learned.

Unfortunately this is where most people stop.

For three years, while working for Xerox, I spent my spare time learning to master the art of buying foreclosures. I’ve made several million dollars using that formula.

After I mastered that formula, I went in search of other formulas.

I have attended classes designed for derivative traders, commodity option traders, and chaologists.

I was often out of my depth, being surrounded by people with doctorates in nuclear physics and space science. Yet, I learned formulas that made my stock and real estate investing more meaningful and lucrative.

What if learning was easier? What if the learning was more like hand-holding, more step-by-step? What if I had one of my personal advisors teach you?

To start a business you can do at your pleasure time

FACT ABOUT LIFE

FACT

A bright future won’t just happen. You must work for it. You must invest in it. The more you invest in your future, the more you will reap.

Today your life might not seem that much different from those around you. However, if you keep investing in your future – it will be different. People will be surprised at your progress.

So, how can you invest in your future? Here are five ways:

1. Build your financial foundation.

Like it or not, your personal finance plays an important role. Many people can’t reach their dreams because of financial constraints. They are overwhelmed by debt. They live paycheck to paycheck. They have no space to pursue their dreams.

A strong financial foundation, on the other hand, opens a way for you to reach your dreams. It gives you the freedom you need to pursue them.

2. Build your knowledge.

To reach your dreams, you need knowledge. You need to know how to get to your destination. Knowledge is power. The more you have of it, the more power you have.

So keep building your knowledge. As Steve Jobs once said: stay hungry, stay foolish.

3. Build your relationships.

You can’t get to your destination alone. You need others to be with you. For that reason, you should build your relationships.

The most important relationship is the one with your family. So make time for them. Don’t let it become something that you regret later.

Make time for your friends as well. Help them without keeping score, and in turn they will help you.

4. Build your spirituality.

Like it or not, there will be difficult times. In such times, it’s your spirituality that helps you through.

Build your spirituality through spiritual habits. These habits could be praying, reading the Scripture, or something else that works for you. The important thing is that you do it now before a difficult time comes.

5. Build healthy habits.

Your physical health is essential for your productivity. If you are healthy, you can be productive for a long time. If you aren’t, you will have to spend your resources dealing with health issues.

Build healthy habits in three areas: the way you eat, rest and exercise.

If you do these five things, you are investing in your future. You might not feel the benefits now, but you will later.

HelpingHands N6,600 Magic: IT'S NOT A MYTH.

The Story of Mr John Mukoro

"MY 60 DAYS H2i- STORY:
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
A Lot of people told me about H2i but I turned them down. Nenyewa signed me up with her own money but I did nothing.
Then I saw Ambassador Obitex Ngoka in Asaba where he told us his H2i story; that encounter changed my perspective of the business.

On 13th of April,2015, I had my first two downlines: Charles Tambou who is a leader in the MLM industry was on one leg and my lovely wife, Mrs Linda Mukoro on the other leg. Today being 13th of June 2015, makes me exactly two months old in this business and I have never seen this kind of progress in my entire 4 years in the industry of network marketing.
I am in the almighty Stage 3 (SuperMaster or Car Stage) with Charles Tambou. I have 1000 downline partners from my 5 direct downlines. I have earned over $4000 (N640,000__using N160 per dollar) from my main sign-up account and my 14 other personal sign-ups. I have won an HP laptop. I have made new friends.

This is just the beginning of greater things to come!
The worst thing that can happen to a man is for him to climb his ladder of success and find out that the ladder is leaning against the wrong wall.

H2i is the best wall u can ever rest your ladder on!
Little effort of consistency produces great result. I wish to thank Ambassador Obitex from whom I got my inspiration. I thank Dollarwise who came to Asaba to launch my business for me. I thank Nenyewa for signing me up free of charge. I thank Charles Tambou for starting this race with me. I thank Stanley Dike, Awele Odiakose and Charles Ezeh who are industry leaders for affirming to me that H2i is the way to go.
The only thing I did to get this far in a short time was that I believed bigger and faster and anybody that does that, will get my result.

Long live HelpingHands.

With each new day in Africa, a gazelle wakes up knowing he must outrun the fastest lion or perish. At the same time, a lion stirs and stretches, knowing he must outrun the fastest gazelle or starve. It is no different for the human race. Whether you consider yourself a gazelle or a lion, you simply have to run faster than others to survive.

When the day breaks,start running!
Somebody has carried 9 cars in this company in one year. He is Mr Ngoka who won nine Hyundai Elantras in 2014: 1 Hyundai Elantra in May & 8 Hyundai Elantras in Dec 2014. Live!
I have gotten 20 sign-ups in a bank training under 10mins with all of them giving me cash instantly

9 I have a dream that one day, I will gather people in a stadium in Nigeria, invite Ambassador Obitex to walk and wave round the stadium while a documentary of his H2i story is being played on the screen
I have a downline who is No.1 of a particular network marketing company in Asaba. He has an office;he even has some staff. By the time he learnt of HelpingHands (H2i), he just removed the sign-board of the previous company and put the sign-board of H2i.

The man called a seminar and 82 of his downlines showed up. He announced to them that he has changed company, and that those who believe in him should join him now.
This guy in question even though he is under me entered Stage-3, two days after I entered!! That man is Mr Charles Tambou.
Dats why I have only 5 direct downlines and at least 1017 downlines in just two months."

If you are inspired by this story of Mr. Mukoro and you also want to be a help partner Contact me now on 08154281394 (Call/Whatsapp)

Tuesday 8 September 2015

Look, I know that the school system in this country doesn’t include any financial training and most people are without the knowledge required for financial independence.

Becoming an entrepreneur is a process so let me tell you about mine.

For Kim and I, it started in 1985. Let me tell you, it wasn’t an easy road to success. 1985 was the longest and hardest year of my life. Kim and I spent time being homeless. We were out of work, had little-to-nothing left in our savings, our credit cards were maxed out, and we were living in an old, brown Toyota. After three weeks of that, a friend found out about our financial situation and invited us to stay in their basement. We stayed there for over nine months.

Becoming my own boss was a long process and I had to unlearn a lot before I could change my mindset from employee to entrepreneur.

So, how are you going to get there? How are you going to get the nerve to tell your boss that you’re not going to be their employee anymore? The first step is to decide whether you want control and independence as an entrepreneur or predictability as an employee.

Can anyone become an entrepreneur? Yes. Many people dream of quitting their 9-to-5 and starting their own business, only a few actually do it. Are you ready for a change?

Your path must begin with a change in philosophy.

In school we learn that mistakes are bad and we are punished for making them. However, if you look at the way humans are designed to learn, we learn by making mistakes.
Rich dad used the example of riding a bike to reinforce this idea:
Just remember the frustration you went through as you struggled to learn how to ride. You made mistake after mistake. Then suddenly, you stopped falling off, you began to pedal, the bike kept rolling, and like magic, a whole new world opened up to you. That is the magic found in mistakes.
Albert Einstein said, “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” If you are learning something new, you are then required to make mistakes in order to fully understand what you have learned.
So go try something new. Make a mistake.
